Q. When do you start charging?
A. We do not charge for the time we spend consulting by phone discussing
your concerns. You only pay when:
- A quote has been accepted that specifically states a charge for consultations and test services
- You have received a formal report detailing the results of the testing.
- Other formal arrangements.
Q. Do you charge on a per-unit basis for test samples?
A. Not really. We charge in ranges of samples (0-6, 7-12, 13-19, etc). In most
of our analyses, we need 1-2 confirmatory analyses to nail down the problem.
Using ranges allows us to do such testing without additional charges. Basically,
it gives us greater freedom to attack the problems.
Q. Are you a small business?
A. We are a small business, as defined by the
Small Business Administration, but are not woman-owned or minority-owned as classified
by the SBA.
Q. How long have you been in business?
A. Foresite was founded April 1, 1992.
Q. Where are you located?
A. We are located in Kokomo, Indiana, which is about an hour north of Indianapolis.
When customers visit us, the best place to fly into is the Indianapolis International
Airport. Take Interstate 465 (North) around the west and north sides of Indianapolis.
Take US 31 north (also called Meridian St.) This will take you to Kokomo. Stay
on 31 North (don’t take Business 31). After you pass DaimlerChrysler (left
side) and Delphi Delco Electronics Systems (right side), you will come to a stop
light with the Kokomo Mall on the left opposite corner. This is Boulevard Street.
Turn left (west) onto Boulevard. Go past the Mall, the first street to your right
(north) will be Elizabeth St. - turn right. We are located in the long building
just north of Wayne Miller Travel Agency. Turn in the lot and we are located
at the south end doors.
