Contract Cleaning
|
For on-going cleaning needs in cases where
our customers generally use no-clean fluxes, or need alternate means
of cleaning, we can function as a contract cleaning house. When
established as regular shipments of a standard size, the cost of
cleaning is significantly lower than other types of cleaning
projects.
Contracts can be as short as three months or as long as a customer
requires. Shipments can be received and returned as needed by the
customer and established in initial agreement.
Cleaning protocol and effectiveness will be established with initial
evaluation and validation work and monitored through the life of the
contract. Ion chromatography testing
is used during the initial evaluation and subsequent monitoring.
Results of this testing is provided to our customers in the form of
a report on the data and an on-going graph of cleaning process
results. |
